Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
